Haggerty handed one match ban

Barrow back-rower Kurt Haggerty has been suspended for one match following an incident in last weekend’s defeat at Hunslet.

Haggerty, a close season signing from Widnes, was charged with committing a Grade B striking offence in the second half, and submitted an Early Guilty Plea, which earned him an automatic ban.

He is, however, still able to play for the Raiders in this weekend’s fixture at home to Doncaster, but will miss Barrow’s game at Featherstone on Sunday week.
