Salford’s Wayne Godwin will be out for the rest of the season after the hooker broke his arm at Warrington.

Godwin walked off clutching his arm in Salford’s 24-20 defeat at the Halliwell Jones Stadium during the opening stages of the match.

Coach Phil Veivers said: “He’s got a broken arm. It’s probably a double fracture so that’ll be him out for the season.”
