Germany international to ply trade in Wales in 2020

North Wales have signed Germany international Brad Billsborough for the 2020 campaign.

The young half-back came through the system at St Helens and played for Gold Coast Titans feeder club, Grafton Ghosts, this year.

Billsborough said: “I’ve been playing over in Australia and the season finished quite early so I’ve already been waiting a while to get stuck in.

“It went better than I could’ve imagined as we won the Premiership, but I want to get started with Crusaders now.

“I’ve played with quite a few of the guys before and they’ve only had good things to say about the club and Muzza [Anthony Murray, coach].

“He is somebody I want to play under and I’ll be going out and giving it 100%.”

Utility Matt Reid has also signed a new one-year deal with the Crusaders.
