A fundraising page has been created to help support Chad Robinson‘s children following his death last month.

The GoFundMe page has already raised more than $18,000 of a goal of $20,000 to give to Robinson’s children Kiara and Cooper.

The 36-year old former NRL player’s body was found in Kenthurst weeks after going missing.

Robinson played for the Roosters, Parramatta and London during his career.

Stu Benson started the page to honour Robinson’s contribution to an online forum.

“Chad was the person if someone who lost a job and needed support or were down on their luck, he would be the one who had that level head,” Benson told The Sunday Telegraph.

“He was really solid, measured and super keen to make sure if someone needed someone to talk to they would pick up the phone.”
