Fundraiser set up to support Jansin Turgut

A fundraising account has been set up to help meet the medical costs of Jansin Turgut, currently in intensive care in Ibiza.
Turgut, 23, suffered serious injuries in a fall from the third floor of a car park on the island on Monday.
Jansin’s stepfather Alan said: “Jansin’s mum, Carole, myself and the whole family are simply overwhelmed by the kindness of strangers: this wouldn’t happen in any other sport and we would like to thank everyone for their donations and support.”
The PayPal fundraising account was set up on Tuesday and has been supported by Rugby League Cares, already raising upwards of £8,000.
