New Huddersfield signing Liam Fulton may be out for six weeks with a knee injury.

The former Wests Tigers stand-off, 24, picked up in the injury in Monday’s win at HUll KR, having made his debut in Friday’s game against Celtic Crusaders.

Fulton is to be sent for a scan today to assess the full extent of the damage.

Coach Nathan Brown said: “He’s no good. He’s done a medial, I’m not sure how bad but they’re saying six weeks or so.

“It’s brief start for him. He won’t be playing for a while.

“It’s unfortunate, that’s for sure, but there’s not much we can do about it.”
