Frank-Paul Nuuausala says Sydney Roosters has always been his home and is glad to be back at the NRL side.

The 31-year-old has re-signed for the Roosters last month following his release from Super League outfit Wigan Warriors.

Nuuausala spent eight years with the Roosters between 2007 and 2014 and he is delighted to be back ‘home’.

He told roosters.com.au: “This has always been my home.

“I came here when I was 18-years-old. I was a kid with no family and the Roosters were the only family I had.

“I’ve missed it for the last three years, I haven’t felt the same or played the same as I played here and it’s awesome to get the opportunity to come back home.

“I told my wife and cried for a day. I’m very passionate about this club and it means a lot to me. I’m just thankful I got another opportunity.”
