France name World Cup squad

France boss Aurélien Cologni has named a 24-strong squad to travel to the World Cup.

The squad includes representatives from Toulouse Olympique, Castleford Tigers, Catalans Dragons, Leigh Centurions, London Broncos, St Helens, Warrington and Wigan in addition to French domestic teams Lezignan, Avignon, Limoux and St Esteve-Catalan X111.

Bastien Ader, Olivier Arnaud, Lucas Albert, Jason Baitieri, William Barthau, Guillaume Bonnet, Julian Bousquet, Clément Boyer, Damien Cardace, Nabil Djalout, Theo Fages, John Boudebza, Ben Garcia, Maxime Herold, Benjamin Jullien, Thibaud Margalet, Antoni Maria, Hakim Miloudi, Mark Kheirallah, Romain Navarrete, Eloi Pelissier, Mickael Rouch, Gadwin Springer, Fouad Yaha.

France will play Lebanon (29th October) and Australia (3rd October) in Canberra before facing England in Perth as part of a double-header on 12th November.
