France have named their 19-man squad for this weekend’s game against Wales.

Six of the side are from Super League’s only French team, Catalan Dragons, whilst Olivier Elima from Bradford Bulls also made the cut.

The remainder of the team come from the strong French Elite league.

Coach Thierry Dumaine said, “These three days of training were very satisfactory. The atmosphere in the squad is excellent and we have created an equal culture so that there is no distinction between the players.”

The French have named five debutants- Antoni Maria, Kevin Larroyer, Jeremy Guiraud, Stanislas Robin and Clement Soubeyras.
