Brad Day and and James Harrison have signed two-year contract extensions with Featherstone, keeping them at the club until at least the end of 2021.

Day, 24, joined the Rovers prior to the 2019 season, having previously spent three years at Batley.

Harrison, 22, started his career at Batley and linked up with Featherstone at the start of this year after making 58 appearances for theBulldogs.

Featherstone coach Ryan Carr commented: “It’s Brad’s first year at the club, and he’s fit in really well. We have enjoyed having him so far and he’s had a great year too.

“It’s good for Brad, he has plenty of potential and we’re pleased that he has signed the new deal.

“James has got a really big future ahead of him, he has really impressed here on and off the field and the boys love playing with him.

“I’ve been really impressed, He’s had a few injury setbacks along the way, but he’s worked hard to get back on the field and he’s starting to reap the reward for it now.”
