Five senior players back for Hull KR; Lussick to make Salford bow

Five senior players will return for Hull KR on Friday and Joey Lussick is set to make his debut for Salford.

Hull Kingston Rovers coach Tim Sheens has made several changes to his side that beat Hull FC two weeks ago. Junior Vaivai, Danny McGuire, Shaun Lunt, James Greenwood and Joel Tomkins are set to return for the Robins.

The five senior players replace Mose Masoe, Maurice Blair, Lee Jewitt, Joe Cator and Joe Wardill.

Ian Watson has made two changes to his Salford Red Devils squad that won against Leeds Rhinos last time out. New recruit Lussick is in line to make his debut and Kris Welham returns to the side. The pair replace Gavin Bennion and Levy Nzoungou.

Craig Kopczak could feature for the Red Devils after recovering from injury.

The Qualifiers clash takes place at the KCOM Craven Park on Friday, 8pm kick-off.

Rovers 19-man squad: Quinlan, Vaivai, McGuire, Scruton, Lunt, Greenwood, Kavanagh, Donaldson, Clarkson, Lee, Mulhern, Salter, Atkin, Oakes, Tickle, Tomkins, Carney, Hall, Crooks.

Red Devils 19-man squad: Welham, Sa’u, Evalds, Lui, Kopczak, Jones, Flanagan, Tasi, Lannon, McCarthy, Nakubuwai, Wood, Olpherts, Mossop, Bibby, Murray, Chamberlain, Hastings, Lussick.
