Featherstone sign Dane Chisholm on permanent basis

Featherstone have signed half-back Dane Chisholm from Bradford on a permanent deal until the season following a successful loan period.

The former France international is contracted to the Rovers until the end of the 2019 campaign after impressing in four appearances at the club so far, scoring 58 points.

Chisholm made 43 appearances in his time at the Bulls, scoring 28 tries and kicking 135 goals.

Featherstone head coach Ryan Carr commented: “Dane has brought a lot to the team in the short time he’s spent with us, he has integrated well with all of the boys, and we are delighted to secure his services.”

Chisholm said: “I’m delighted to join up, I’ve enjoyed my time here so far and hopefully we can make a real push for the top five, which is our aim.”
