Struggling Featherstone have only been able to name a 15-man squad for their game against Leigh this weekend.

With both sides already guaranteed a place in the Championship Shield Final, this game will likely decide who has home advantage in that game.

Both clubs have revealed struggles since failing to make the top four due to a significant drop in central funding.

Leigh shifted on a number of players prior to the transfer deadline, while Featherstone have lost Gareth Hock and Tom Holmes in recent weeks as they re-structure for 2019.

Chris Ulugia is unlikely to play for the club again due to injury and Richard Moore is also moving on.

Ian Hardman and Misi Taulapapa are both in the squad, though will retire at the end of the season it was confirmed earlier this week.

Jason Walton is set to miss the rest of the season with a knee injury suffered in the win against Rochdale.

Rovers have used players from dual-registration partners Leeds throughout the season, including the likes of Harry Newman, Ash Handley and Jordan Lilley.

Featherstone 15-man squad: Hardman, Whylie, Taulapapa, Robinson, Thackeray, Wildie, Maskill, Cooper, Hardcastle, Davies, Lockwood, Brookes, Knowles, Farrell, Carlile.
