Fan incident at Cas investigated

An investigation is underway into the alleged attack of a Wigan fan at the Mend-A-Hose Jungle on Friday night.

A female Warriors supporter was allegedly punched by a Castleford fan during the Super 8s game.

Castleford said they will release a statement once the investigation into the incident is completed.

Wigan are supporting the woman and have been in communication with her.

The RFL have been approached for comment.
