Huddersfield back-rower David Fa’alogo could make his first appearance of the season against Castleford tonight, after he was drafted in to replace Jacob Fairbank.

Fa’alogo, 31, has been missing so far in 2012 after undergoing back surgery in the off season, but resumed full training earlier this week.

Having initially missed out on the 19-man squad, the Kiwi back-rower has replaced Fairbank, who suffered a wrist injury in training.

The game at the Galpharm Stadium sees a welcome return for Castleford coach Ian Millward, who has been missing recently following the tragic death of his son last month.

Huddersfield 19-man squad: Grix, Lawrence, Cudjoe, Gilmour, McGillvary, Brown, Brough, Crabtree, Robinson, Fa’alogo, Faiumu, Lunt, Patrick, Wardle, Chan, Lee, George, Walker, Eden.

Castleford 19-man squad: Owen, Youngquest, Arundel, Dixon, Chase, Orr, Emmitt, Clark, Ferres, Walker, Snitch, Milner, Hudson, Mitchell, Millington, Massey, McGoldrick, Clare, Grehan.
