Eden unavailable to face parent club

Salford will be without on-loan full-back Greg Eden for this weekend’s game against Hull KR.

Eden, 23, made his Red Devils debut in the Challenge Cup defeat to Widnes at the end of April, and also played in last weekend’s defeat to Catalan.

However, his loan agreement, as is standard with most deals in Super League, forbids him from playing against his parent club.

The former Castleford and Huddersfield man previously made six appearances for Rovers in Super League this season, and also turned out once for Gateshead on dual-registration.
