Championship Grand Final winners Sheffield will parade the trophy at Bramall Lane on Saturday, ahead of Sheffield United’s game against Oldham in League One.

The Eagles play some of their home games at the Blades’ home ground, and defeated Featherstone at Warrington last month to secure the trophy.

Eagles General Manager Simon Proctor said, “We are pleased that Kevin McCabe and all at Sheffield United have invited the players and staff to the game this Saturday, in recognition of our victory in the 2012 Championship Grand Final. This only reaffirms our partnership with the Blades and the support they show towards the Eagles.”

Players will take to the pitch with the trophy just before kick-off, at 3pm, in front of an expected crowd of around 18,000.
