Sheffield Eagles have confirmed that Chris Jolley has been appointed as the club’s new commercial manager.

Jolley will take up the newly created role at the club next month.

He joins the Eagles from Stockport County Football Club where he has held the position of Commercial Manager since 2013.

“We are thrilled Chris is joining the Eagles,” said Eagles chief Mark Aston.

“He has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the sports industry which will prove invaluable to us as we look to build on our existing business relationships and establish further commercial opportunities and revenue streams.

“His track record with Stockport is excellent and he has significantly increased their commercial turnover during his latest spell there. He is held in high regard at County and I can’t wait for him to get started.”
