Double injury blow for Dragons

Catalans shock victory at Bradford last Sunday came at a cost, with the Dragons announcing injuries to two key forwards.

Loose Forward Greg Mounis and fellow back rower Sebastien Raguin are both set to miss a minimum of 8 weeks of action.

Mounis saw a specialist today, which confirmed that he had broke his finger badly in 3 places, and requires an operation that will see him miss the 8 weeks.

Ex-Toulouse second rower Raguin could be out for up to 10 weeks after he underwent an operation last night to insert a plate in his forearm to stablisise a broken radius.

"Understandably our backrow is weakened from these 2 injuries, as sush, we'll look into our squad for opportunities to give to our young up and coming French forwards." said Catalans CEO Nicoals Rayer.
