Doncaster have made seven fresh signings ahead of the 2018 season.

Forward Ryan Boyle has joined from Championship side Halifax and half-back Liam Harris has arrived from Hull Kingston rovers, with the pair both signing two-year deals.

Highly-rated utility-back Connor Bower has signed a one-year contract after leaving Super League outfit Hull FC.

The Dons have also agreed four season-long loan deals with dual-registration partners Hull FC.

England Academy star Jez Litten, Jordan Lane, Ross Osborne and Jack Sanderson have all joined the club for the 2018 season.

And head coach Richard Horne thinks he can get a lot out of the seven players who have signed.

He said: “The additions of Ryan Boyle and Liam Harris will significantly improve the strength we have in certain areas, we feel that we have brought in some real quality there.

“The lads coming from Hull FC will stay with us for the whole of 2018, which will enable them to develop and for us to get the best out of them.”
