Doncaster release Russ Spiers

League 1 outfit Doncaster have announced that Russ Spiers has left the club

Spiers, 30, returned for his second spell at the Keepmoat Stadium in 2017 from York, after previously featuring for the side in 2013-16.

The club added in a statement: “Everyone at the Dons would like to thank Russ for his years of service and wish him all the best for the next stage of his career.”
