Dogs join Hardaker hunt

Canterbury Bulldogs are believed to have joined the race for transfer listed Leeds fullback Zak Hardaker.

Penrith and Gold Coast have been linked to interest in the England international.

Love Rugby League understands the Bulldogs are also keen on Hardaker.

Will Hopoate has been playing fullback for the Dogs, in the absence of Brett Morris, but he is regarded more as a natural centre.

Winger Morris has been converted to the fullback role at Belmore. Kiwi flyer Sam Perrett has also spent time in the number one position at Canterbury.

Leeds have put a £300,00 transfer fee on Hardaker.
