Danny Levi swaps Newcastle for Manly

Manly Sea Eagles have confirmed the signing of hooker Danny Levi from Newcastle on a one-year deal.

The 24-year-old arrives at Brookvale Oval having made 83 NRL appearances for the Knights over the last five seasons.

He comes in as a direct replacement for young hooker Manase Fainu, who is suspended under the NRL’s ‘no-fauly stand down’ policy following an incident last October.

Levi made four appearances for New Zealand in 2017, before representing Samoa at test level against Fiji last November.
