Cunningham in for Rochdale debut

Jonah Cunningham has gone straight in to the Rochdale team for his debut at Dewsbury this afternoon after joining on loan from Leigh.

Cunningham, 20, is the son of Centurions head of rugby Keiron and was with St Helens from the age of 14 before joining Leigh in the off season.

He has made two appearances for Leigh this season, as well as turning out on dual-registration for Workington in League One.

The forward has been named on the bench as Rochdale look to end their losing streak in the Championship against the Rams.
