Cummins on the look out for loan signing

Bradford coach Francis Cummins is on the look out for a loan signing to bolster his injury hit squad.

Forwards Manase Manuokafoa, Jamie Langley and James Donaldson all have knocks, and full-back Brett Kearney suffered a groin injury in Friday’s cup defeat at London Broncos.

He told the Telegraph and Argus: “We are looking to try and bring somebody in to give us an extra number.

“There are probably only a couple of clubs who’ve got big squads but the rest are reluctant to give you that man sitting behind their regular men in case they get an injury.

“But hopefully they will see it as an opportunity to get Super League experience for a young player or someone who has fallen out of favour.”
