Toronto Wolfpack have confirmed that they have signed experienced prop Steve Crossley for the 2017 season.

As well as two spells at his hometown club Bradford, Crossley has also spent time with Dewsbury, Featherstone, and Castleford, and adds Super League experience to the Toronto pack.

“I’m really looking forward to the opportunity to represent the Toronto Wolfpack.” Crossley said.

“I’m excited to make history, and experience all that comes with that.

“I can’t wait to get started on the success we aim to achieve, with what is already a really strong squad, and top coaching staff.”

Toronto coach Paul Rowley is pleased to add a player of Crossley’s experience and quality to his squad.

“Steve was on our radar soon after we started recruitment”, he said.

“Another high achiever who has played within good teams throughout his career and been consistent throughout.

“After coaching against him several times I have seen lots in his game to suggest he can be a big asset to the pack.

“I am looking forward to working with Steve and I am confident we can challenge him to reach the high standards I know he can play at.”
