Cronk linked with Leeds move

Melbourne Storm half-back Cooper Cronk is a transfer target for Leeds, according to a media report in Australia.

The Sydney Morning Herald reports that the Kangaroos star has moved onto the Rhinos’ radar following the adoption of the ‘marquee player’ salary cap exemption rule for 2016.

Cronk is one of the icons of the modern game, and would be a replacement for Kevin Sinfield, who is moving into the gentler environment of rugby union next season.
