Coventry sign former Hull KR forward

Coventry Bears have announced the signing of former Hull KR forward Brad Clavering for the 2020 League 1 season.

Clavering has also previously appeared for Nyngan Tigers.

“l look forward to joining the club and getting some regular game time,” he said.

“I want to play a more senior role even though I am only young. I played with the club back when I was at Hull KR and really enjoyed playing with the boys down here because they give 100% and keep turning up for each other which is what their club is all about.”

The club also announced the signing of outside back Alex Williams, having made just one appearance in 2019 for Keighley Cougars.
