Coventry coach Tom Tsang has left the club to take up an assistant coaching role at London Broncos with immediate effect.

Tsang will become head coach of London’s reserve team in 2020. He, alongside Jamie Langley, will assist Broncos head coach Danny Ward next season.

Tsang has been with the Bears for the past eight seasons, with five of them being in League 1.

He said: “I need to thank Alan [Robinson, Coventry chief executive] and the Bears for their unending trust and support for the last eight seasons, especially the past five in League 1.

“Im very grateful for the opportunity I have had to lead this great club. I know the time is right for me to move on and I cant wait to get started in the Championship with London.

“I have no doubt that the Bears will smash the next phase of their development over the coming seasons.

“And finally, a massive thank you to all the Bears loyal fans, staff, partners and players I have worked with.”
