Wigan utility Tony Clubb has been ruled out for four to five weeks with a knee injury.

Clubb, 26, was injured in the 44-16 win at Hull last weekend, and is joined on the sidelines by Ryan Sutton, concussed in the same match.

The pair join an ever increasing injury list for Warriors coach Shaun Wane, who has already confirmed that captain Sean O’Loughlin will miss the Magic Weekend.

Also missing through injury are Liam Farrell, Matty Bowen, Josh Charnley, Iain Thornley, Ben Flower, Eddie Pettybourne and Ryan Hampshire.

Clubb has scored four tries in 12 appearances for the Warriors since signing in the off-season from London Broncos.

Prop Sutton is a product of the club’s academy, and has made three appearances in recent weeks.

Fellow young forwards Rob Lever and Ben Austin are expected to be drafted in to Wane’s 19-man squad for the Magic Weekend clash with Leeds on Saturday.
