Chase & Carbutt offer EGPs

Rangi Chase is one of two senior players to have submitted an Early Guilty Plea (EGP) ahead of Tuesday evening’s disciplinary hearings.

The Castleford Tigers player was charged with a Grade B intentional trip on Jonny Lomax in last Thursday’s Super League Super 8s match against St Helens. He has received a one match suspension.

Matt Carbutt (Hunslet Hawks) has submitted EGP for a Grade B punching charge in a League 1 Super8s match against Rochdale Hornets. Carbutt has been banned for one game.
