In the Championship, Whitehaven defeated Barrow 28-4.  Rob Jackson scored twice.

On Saturday, Halifax produced an impressive performance in France.  They defeated Toulouse 54-16, Dave Larder crossing twice.

Batley defeated hapless Doncaster 56-12.  Jermaine McGillvary stole the show with four tries.

Gateshead beat Widnes 34-18 to boost their survival hopes. James Cording, Luke Branighan, Ben McAlpine, Neil Thorman, Nick Youngquest and Anthony England crosed for the Thunder.

Leigh also eased their relegation fears with a 32-24 defeat of Sheffield. Recent signing Mick Nanyn scored twice.

In the Championship One, Dewsbury beat Hunslet 24-6.  Epati, Hurst and Finn scored the points.

Rochdale scored 62 points to London Skolars‘ 4. Andy Isherwood crossed for four tries.

Keighley scored a surprise 24-22 win at Oldham. Daley Williams scored twice.

Blackpool won at Swinton 33-18 with Damien Monre touching down twice. 

Danny Ratcliffe scored two tries in a 46-20 win for York at home to Workington. Gareth Moore also got on the scoresheet on debut.
