CH preview: Leigh v Dewsbury (Sun)

Tom Spencer is unavailable for Leigh, but Centurions coach Paul Rowley has no further injury concerns ahead of Sunday’s Kingstone Press Championship clash with Dewsbury Rams.

Rowley said: “Our aim is to get a result and finish fourth. I don’t care how we get there, but we are fully focused on finishing fourth.

“Last week against Batley we worked hard and were very brave, but I don’t think we were particularly good. We executed poorly and we need to improve against Dewsbury.”

Josh Tonks (calf) is missing for Dewsbury as Rams coach Glenn Morrison faces an injury headache. Morrison said: “We’ve got other boys busted as well. We’re not sure what our squad is going to be just yet.”

Morrison added: “Our win against Doncaster was massive, but we don’t want to think that was our biggest game of the year and then forget about it.

“We want to keep that momentum going into the play-offs.”
