Catalans have confirmed that Sam Moa and Jason Baitieri are set for several months out of action following Sunday’s game against Leeds.

The Dragons suffered a 31-12 defeat to the Rhinos at Emerald Headingley and have been handed a further blow with the lengthy absence of two of their key men.

Moa, who has made 20 appearances for Steve McNamara’s side in 2019, underwent surgery for a broken radius yesterday morning and is set to miss between three and four months.

Baitieri also went under the knife to repair a damaged ligament in his foot and is set to miss between two and three months.

The Dragons are next in action on Saturday as they host Wakefield at the Stade Gilbert Brutus.
