Canada international Ryley Jacks returns to Melbourne Storm

Melbourne Storm have re-signed playmaker Ryley Jacks from Gold Coast Titans for the 2020 season.

The 27-year-old has made 38 NRL appearances to date for the Storm and Titans since making his first-grade debut in 2017. He has earned two caps for Canada.

Jacks has been on trial with Melbourne since mid-November and has earned a one-year deal with the club.

He said: “I didn’t know where I was going to end up. The Titans said there wasn’t a spot there for me just before the last game of the year.

“Melbourne called me not too long after that and I was grateful for the call.

“It doesn’t feel too strange to be back. I always thought I would be back playing for the Storm.

“Me and my partner know what we are going to do with our lives now so we can settle back in to life in Melbourne.”
