Burrow praises Boudebza’s season

Leeds dummy half Rob Burrow thinks that his Hull KR counterpart John Boudebza is destined for a successful rugby league future.

Although the Rhinos destroyed Hull KR 50-0 at Wembley, Boudebza still managed to look lively and inject some energy into the Robins amidst the carnage.

“I think he’s a great player,” Burrow told Love Rugby League.

“He’s come on the scene this year and really made a name for himself. Obviously, his performances speak for themselves.

“He was a big threat, and it was in our tip sheet to watch out for him, especially when he came on.

“He comes on in a similar fashion to me, later in the game, and he can cause havoc.

“It’s a testament to our big guys that they kept him quiet, and defensively generally we did a really good job.”
