Burns, Amor and Moore hit with bans

St Helens players Travis Burns and Kyle Amor, along with Scott Moore of the Castleford Tigers, have been hit with bans following incidents in last weeks’ game between their clubs.

An independent RFL Operational Rules Tribunal has adjudicated that all three will miss forthcoming Super League games.

Burns has been banned for one game and fined £300 for a for a careless high tackle on Justin Carney.

The Saints stand-off pleaded not guilty to the original charge of making a Grade B reckless tackle, but was found guilty of making a careless tackle.

St Helens prop Kyle Amor has been suspended for two games for making Grade C dangerous contact to the head, neck or spinal column of Jordan Tansey. Amor pleaded guilty, and was also fined £300.

Scott Moore of Castleford Tigers has been banned for one match and fined £300. He admitted making Grade B dangerous contact to the limbs of Mose Masoe.
