Bulls complete Manuokafoa signing

Bradford have today announced the signing of prop forward Manase Manuokafoa from Parramatta on a one-year deal.

The 6ft 5″, 17st 11lb forward represented Tonga in the 2008 World Cup and has previously had stints with South Sydney and North Queensland.

Stuart Duffy, Bulls Football Manager, commented “We are delighted to have completed the signing of Manase.  

“He is a player who has been on Mick Potter’s radar for some time and Mick’s time in Australia has enabled him to meet with the player and complete the deal.  He has played nearly ninety games in the NRL and we think he will adjust well to the British game.

“He is a great addition to our squad for next season and offers us something different in that he is big and powerful but with a great offload to his game. 

“His ability to get quick play the balls will also enhance our forward pack greatly and we are certainly looking forward to having him on board for 2012.”
