Bradford two wins away from restoring parity

Bradford are two wins away from wiping out the 12-point deduction handed down to them following a turbulent off-season.

The Bulls ceased to exist and were then replaced by a new club that was allowed to preserve the city’s Championship status.

Their latest win, 56-18 over Dewsbury, was their fourth of the new season and leaves them on minus four points.

Youngster Daniel Murray told the club’s official website: “It’s constantly in the lads heads and it’s a great thought.

“Some teams shy away from it, but we are going through that wall and we are stepping forwards and relishing the challenge.

“Two more wins in two weeks, that’s the aim.”

Bradford travel to Oldham this Sunday, and could wipe out their deduction the following Sunday at home to Sheffield.

Dewsbury currently sit second bottom on zero points following six straight defeats, while both Swinton and Oldham have managed one win apiece.
