Bradford hooker George Flanagan has received a two-match penalty notice for a Grade C trip offence.

The 32-year-old picked up a Grade C charge from the match review panel following the Bulls’ 24-20 win over Halifax in last Sunday’s Championship thriller.

Flanagan will miss Bradford’s upcoming Championship games against Toulouse and Swinton.

Elsewhere, Dewsbury winger Andy Gabriel faces a one-match suspension for Grade B questioning the integrity of a match official in their 54-6 defeat to Widnes in the 1895 Cup quarter-final.

And Workington back-rower Gordon Maudling has been handed a one-match penalty notice for Grade B kicking out in their 26-16 League One defeat to Oldham on Sunday.

Meanwhile, Oldham’s Danny Bridge and Dewsbury’s Paul Sykes received cautions for disputing a decision, while Barrow’s Dan Toal was cautioned for a trip.
