Bradford sign Omari Caro

Bradford Bulls have revealed that winger Omari Caro has signed a deal with them which lasts until the end of the current campaign.

The Londoner, who was a free agent after being released by Hull KR at the end of last season, thinks there is a good chance of him playing against Rovers in the Super 8s this season.

“I had a phone call from James (Lowes), asking what I was up to, and I was pleased to have heard from him,” he told his new club’s official website.

“I thought I would come up and give it a go, I am very excited about what could come of this for me.

“I had a good time at both my former clubs but, for some reason, it did not work out.

“I am not entirely sure why but I am just glad to be back playing again now.

“I already know a few of the lads here, so settling in has not been too difficult.

“I am really impressed with the depth of the squad. There are a lot of good players and I am looking forward to getting started.

“I will bring some try scoring on the wings, which will hopefully lead to the boys getting back into the big time.

“There is a lot of pressure on me to perform but I can handle that. I back myself to play – and play well.

“If you had told me six months ago I would be probably playing against Hull KR in the Super 8s, this year, I would not have believed you.

With that in mind, I am very much looking forward to potentially playing against them.”
