Bradford coach Francis Cummins has revealed his squad numbers for the upcoming season.

New signing Garreth Carvell will wear 10, with Jamie Foster taking number five, and World Cup winger Elliot Kear at number two.

Matt Diskin switches to number nine, while new signings Lee Gaskell, Luke George and Adam Henry take 17, 20 and 21 respectively.

Cummins said: “We have moved things around a little this year, with a number of new signings in the squad and a host of players deserving the shirts they have been given.

Garreth Carvell brings a wealth of experience at every level of the game and will prove a great addition up front, as he lines up alongside Nick Scruton, Manase Manuokafoa and Adam Sidlow.

“As for Tom Olbison, he is developing into a extremely good back-row forward. For a youngster he has bags of Super League experience and last year he again impressed.

“He has had a superb pre-season and it will be good to see him now fight for a starting spot in the side.

Jamie Foster has moved up the ladder somewhat and it is a thoroughly deserved promotion, reflecting his experience and the appearances he made last term.

Chev Walker has become a real force in the middle for us and his influence on the rest of the squad is tremendous.”
