Bradford finally ended their 12-match losing streak with a 38-28 win over Wakefield to jump up into 10th place.

Wayne Godwin scored a brace of tries, with Brett Kearney, Andy Lynch, Elliott Whitehead and Steve Menzies also on the scoresheet.

The Bulls are expected to announce a host of personnel changes for next season, including the signing of Wigan winger Shaun Ainscough, in the coming weeks after a disappointing season.

Elsewhere, Castleford put their play-off destiny in their own hands with a 40-28 victory over Harlequins, although they face a tricky trip to St Helens to confirm their top eight spot, while rivals Crusaders host Hull KR.

Huddersfield coasted to a 52-4 win over Salford, running in nine tries as they quietly go about their business ahead of the play-offs.
