Boyle extends Castleford deal

Castleford prop Ryan Boyle has signed a two-year contract extension.

Boyle, 26, re-joined the Tigers from Salford in the middle of last season, and has now extended his stay until the end of 2016.

Head Coach Daryl Powell said:”Ryan was one of the form props in Super League at the end of last season so I’m absolutely delighted that he’s agreed to extend his contract at Castleford for a further two years.

“I am sure that there is further improvement in him and I look forward to working with him in the coming seasons.”

Boyle made his Super League debut for Castleford back in 2006, before moving on to the City Reds ahead of the 2010 season.

He has made a total of 49 appearances for the Tigers, including 17 last term.
