Bowden hoping for Hull FC boost at Belle Vue

Hull FC forward Josh Bowden is hoping that Hull FC can kickstart their season and give it fresh impetus when they play Wakefield on Wednesday evening.

The Airlie Birds were knocked out of the Challenge Cup last week by Leeds, but Bowden is hoping for a big reaction at Belle Vue.

“It’s so disappointing that we are out of the Cup but we have to rebound,” he told the Hull Daily Mail.

“This week at training it has been back to business ahead of the biggest two games of the season.

“We need to get two results against Wakefield and climb the league table.

“It will definitely be a tough test and hopefully we can come out on top.”
