Centre Jake Bibby has returned to Salford after a one month loan spell at Oldham Roughyeds.

Bibby played against Dewsbury Rams at Bower Fold and against Featherstone Rovers and Workington Town away.

“The agreement was for Jake to come for a month in order to get game time,” Oldham coach Scott Naylor said.

“His month is up so, as agreed, he now goes back to Salford as a full-time member of their first-team squad, having had three games for us at Championship level.”

Oldham face Cumbrian amateurs Kells at Bower Fold this weekend in the fourth round of the Challenge Cup.

New signing Gary Middlehurst is eligible to play against Kells but his former North Wales Crusaders teammate Joe Burke, Naylor’s latest addition to his squad, is cup-tied.
