BBC to show two Challenge Cup third round ties

Mikolaj Oledzki lifts Challenge Cup with Leeds in 2020

The BBC will show two matches from the third round of the Challenge Cup.

The clash between Super League champions St Helens and Challenge Cup holders Leeds at the Totally Wicked Stadium will be televised on BBC One on Saturday, April 10 (2:30pm).

The BBC have also selected the tie between Catalans Dragons and Wakefield, providing a French flavour at the start of a World Cup year. The tie will also be played at the Totally Wicked Stadium with a 5pm kick-off, and shown live on BBC Two.

The third tie available free of charge will be streamed on The Sportsman’s website, YouTube and Facebook pages, who will show York when they welcome Wigan to the LNER Community Stadium. The match will be on Friday, April 9 (7:45pm).

Our League will show the rest of the ties for an Earlybird price of £4.95 increasing to £10 on the day of the match.

York v Wigan – The Sportsman (7:45pm)

Sunday, April 10

Salford v Widnes – Our League (12:30pm)

St Helens v Leeds – BBC One (2:30pm)

Catalans v Wakefield – BBC Two (5pm)

Featherstone v Hull – Our League (7pm)

Sunday, April 11

Swinton v Warrington – Our League (12:30pm)

Leigh v Huddersfield – Our League (2:30pm)
