Barrow confirm Bracek signing

Barrow Raiders have officially announced that Welsh international Andy Bracek has re-signed as the Raiders continue to build for the 2012 season.

Commenting on the deal, Barrow Director of Rugby, Mike Sunderland, stated “Anyone who watched Andy in the recent Four Nations Tournament would have been impressed with his performances particularly, against Australia and New Zealand. We are pleased to have signed this seasoned international.”

Coach Darren Holt said “Bracek is a big signing for the Raiders, he can play in a number of positions in the pack. He has recovered well from his injuries which kept him out for most of last season and the form he showed in the recent international matches bodes well for next season.”
