I am a News Writer for Love Rugby League, covering everything related to the sport from Super League and the NRL to the Championship and League 1 as well as internationals.
I write regular news stories, interviews, features and pundit pieces, often heading up the weekend’s match coverage across Super League as well as interviewing both players and coaches one-on-one.
I began working as a journalist during my time at the University of Central Lancashire between 2019 and 2022, gaining experience in the industry with a plethora of titles, including Love Rugby League.
Following a two-year stint at Burnley Football Club which saw me head up the Premier League outfit’s coverage of their women’s and academy sides alongside supporting coverage of the men’s first team, I returned to Love Rugby League on a freelance basis in June 2023.
Later that year, I became a permanent member of the team, and have since taken on a leading role in the title’s social media activity as well as my writing responsibilities.
I was born and bred in Bolton, and gained my degree in Sports Journalism from the University of Central Lancashire (UCLan), graduating in the summer of 2022.
