Anderson frustrated by Huddersfield’s indiscipline

Huddersfield head coach Paul Anderson was left bemoaning his side’s indiscipline, following their Easter Monday defeat at Hull Kingston Rovers.

The Robins won the game 20-16, despite the Giants leading early in the second half.

Anderson felt that, once again, his team’s errors had allowed the opposition to claim victory.

2I don’t think either team wanted to go on and win it,” he told his club’s official website.

“There were opportunities to go and win it but I think once again there were some errors – in the form of penalties this week.

“I’m not blaming anyone else other than us. We’ve an inability at the minute to stay disciplined and composed.

“Discipline is not just about giving penalties away, discipline is sticking to what we do and sticking to plan and our structure.

“We need to get out on the field and practice, that’s the thing.”
